This coil spring design is suited to most 4WD vehicles to increase ride height, support high load bearing accessory (LBA) weight and improve stability. Ideal for vehicles with upgrades like steel bull bars and winch combinations. Your original factory springs will often be subject to fatigue and reduced performance when subject to additional LBA weight or use in extreme environments.

TJM greaseable shackles form part of your suspension setup and helps connect leaf springs to your vehicles chassis. When leaf springs flex, the distance from main eye to shackle eye changes. As the main eye end is securely mounted, flexing results in the length changes at the shackle end of the leaf pack. These shackles can be greased regularly to lubricate bushes to provide reduced friction and operating temperatures.

TJM XGS U-bolts are matched in length to our leaf spring range to accommodate increased spring thickness. This XGS U-bolt is 14 x 62 x 210mm with a forged top drivers side for Toyota Hilux front suspension and should be used when upgrading to TJM leaf springs. We recommend replacing factory fitted U-bolts when new springs are installed. The thread of your vehicle’s existing U-bolts thread may have stretched from usage and could work loose with the installation of a new spring pack.
